What a wonderful way to start this week, reading an article championing positive mental health in the workplace.

As I have said many a times, mental health is just as important as physical health. Most people take time off work for flu, or a sickness bug, or a broken leg – but what if you feel depressed, stressed or just not your usual self?

I think it would be wonderful if more people were open about mental health, especially in the workplace. I mean, a lot of the time stress and anxiety come from work or the workplace – and at the end of the day, if you are stressed you are not actually doing your job to the best of your ability.
Let’s all work together and support each other in the workplace to encourage positivity and good mental health!
